Evido was built by Emma and Julie, two psychology researchers at the University of Oslo who got tired of seeing the same LinkedIn takes pass for leadership wisdom.
We started Evido in 2025 with one rule: if a study says it, we cite it. If nothing does, we don't pretend. A hundred Norwegian leaders piloted the tool through its first six months. This is version one of the real product.
